Step 1
Contact Seal Pro Painting to get a Free Estimate from one of our professional sales representatives. We will arrive in a Seal Pro Painting marked vehicle. Your sales rep will be dressed in uniform and treat you and your home with respect while assesing your painting needs.
Step 2
You will receive a Free Estimate via text, email, or both. Your quote will clearly outline your project and the cost associated with your project. Our quotes include all labor, material, and any other applicable fees unless otherwise requested. Approve your quote and pay your deposit to book with us.
Step 3
We will send you a booking confirmation for your project via email. That email will outline next steps. In that email will be a Color Selection Form where you can upload the colors for your painting project. If needed we will offer a free color consultation and come out to apply up to three samples on your home bfore the project begins.
Step 4
Our team will arrive on your project the first day. The lead/foreman assigned to your project will do a thorough walkthrough of the project to be completed and scope of work. They will inform you of the plan to get started and what to expect to completion. Our leads are trained to make sure they meet each individual customers specific needs and request to ensure your satisfaction.
Step 5
Our dedicated team of professionals will go through all of our standard surface preparation:pressure washing the exterior of the home and all surfaces to be painted, cover all windows with plastic, fill all settlement cracks with elastomeric stucco patch, caulk around windows, doors, and trim, scraping and sanding, trench around perimeter of the home, masking, drop cloth coverage, and primer/sealer.
Step 6
After all of your prep work is completed we will begin painting. Our standard process would be to prime as needed, paint your soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts, walls, and finish with trim and doors. We will do a thorough job in each area making sure you are satisfied with the finished results.
Step 7
As the job concludes we will clean up the job site leaving it cleaner than when we started. We will go through each area and make sure all touch ups are taken care of. Then we will do a thorough walkthrough with the homeowner to ensure satisfaction and our 5 Star Service Guarantee.
Step 8
Once our team has ensured that you are 100% satisfied with the project and all touch ups are complete, then we will close down your job and send you the final invoice for payment. At that time, our team will ask you for final payment and for a 5 Star Review. If we haven't earned a 5 Star Review, then we aren't done!
