Bronze Package – 5 Year Labor Warranty

 

Our Bronze Package includes professional preparation and high-quality exterior coatings designed to protect and refresh your home. This package is backed by a 5-year labor warranty covering paint failure caused by workmanship.

This includes issues such as chipping, peeling, or bubbling paint resulting from improper application or workmanship during the original project.

The warranty does not cover paint fading, normal wear over time, or paint failure caused by conditions outside of our control. Examples may include lack of proper maintenance, structural issues, moisture intrusion, building movement, or damage caused by other contractors or environmental conditions.

 

Gold Package – 7 Year Labor Warranty

 

The Gold Package is one of our most popular options for homeowners who want longer-lasting protection and enhanced durability. With upgraded preparation and premium exterior coatings, this package includes a 7-year labor warranty covering paint failure caused by workmanship.

This warranty covers chipping, peeling, or bubbling paint that occurs due to improper workmanship during the application process.

Like all exterior coatings, paint can naturally fade over time due to sun exposure, and paint fading is not covered under the warranty. The warranty also does not cover paint failure caused by outside factors, including but not limited to lack of routine maintenance, structural movement, water intrusion, or other conditions unrelated to the original workmanship.

 

Platinum Package – 9 Year Labor Warranty

 

For homeowners who want the highest level of protection and longevity, our Platinum Package offers the most comprehensive exterior painting system we provide. With extensive preparation and top-tier exterior coatings designed to withstand Florida’s climate, this package includes our 9-year labor warranty.

This warranty covers paint failure due to workmanship, including chipping, peeling, or bubbling paint resulting from improper application during the original project.

As with any exterior coating system, paint fading caused by UV exposure is not covered. The warranty also does not apply to paint failure caused by conditions outside of our control, such as lack of maintenance, structural or substrate issues, moisture problems, or damage caused by other trades or environmental factors.
